Customer orders the product on promotion website.

Customer selects preferred dealer.

Order confirmation with information about the dealer is sent to customers.

Product collection by customer, if necessary agreement on installation date, accessory sale.

Register dealer for Click & Collect

Only possible with SEPA Direct Debit. Does not apply to dealers from the UK.

Receive order confirmation

You will receive a notification when a customer chooses you as their preferred dealer.

Receive shipment of the product from MAGURA

MAGURA sends the product free of charge.

Sell

Sell brakes and other accessories and offer assembly services.

Once you have registered, your shop will be activated in the dealer search function for our Click & Collect promotion website. End customers can now select your shop to collect their orders. As soon as a customer has selected your shop, we automatically send the product to you free of shipping costs and inform the customer.

The payment of the order is made on site at the time of delivery by the end customer.

Important: C&C processing only with SEPA (Exception: dealers from UK - check conditions for participation for more information)

We will invoice the dealer's purchase price via a SEPA direct debit mandate. Please note that only MAGURA customers who have set up a SEPA direct debit mandate are able to participate in Click & Collect (Submission possible).
